Shipping policy

All orders ship within 2-10 business days. Times will vary depending on our order volume. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will usually be processed and shipped the following week.

Please note that once your package is handed over to the carrier within our 2-10 business day window, your package is out of our hands. If you have not received your items, please first check the tracking number provided on your shipment confirmation email or under the "My Orders" section of your account for updates. If you need further assistance after an item has shipped, please reach out to the carrier, as we have no control over your package once they receive it.
